The Conference “Human Rights Go Local” is a high level gathering. Its purposes are to inform high level representatives about the outcomes of the Academy; to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Graz being a Human Rights City; and to officially inaugurate the International Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights at the Local and Regional Levels under the auspices of UNESCO.
