“Accountability in Action: Human Rights Action Plans of Local Governments”
8 February 2024, hybrid with online participation via Zoom
Celebrating 75 years of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Conference aims to foster local government’s accountability to human rights. Human Rights Action Plans are an effective instrument to actively strengthen this accountability. The Conference will take place with high level representatives to discuss the outcomes of the Academy and to make concrete proposals on how to locally implement the international agenda following a human rights-based approach.
