COVID-19: The human rights dimension
Gerd Oberleitner, UNESCO Chair in Human Rights and Human Security and professor at the Faculty of Law (Rechtswissenschaftliche Fakultät, REWI) at the University of Graz, on the restrictions of human rights due to measures taken because of the coronavirus disease, the particular effect on vulnerable groups and the consequences for the human rights system.

We are pleased to announce that the 2018 annual report of the ETC is now available online. Much has changed for the ETC in the last year and we were proud to start 2018 with a new work-programme, a breadth of partners and projects, and an expanded thematic scope.
A cause to celebrate and contemplate – 70 years of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights
It is city and municipal administrations that are the closest to citizens directly and who are well-equipped to render human rights a lived experience in their procedures and interactions with citizens.
