The World Human Rights Cities Forum (WHRCF) marked its tenth anniversary from 7-10 October 2020. Markus Möstl, senior legal researcher at the International Centre for the Promotion of Human Rights at the Local and Regional Levels under the auspices of UNESCO, contributed to the online Human Rights Paper Presentation Session and shared his thoughts on the integrated pursuit of human rights and the Sustainable Development Goals at the local level.
